At Western Rehab, based in Santa Rosa, we specialize in custom, complex pediatric and adult mobility equipment, serving Northern California, from Marin County to the Oregon border.
Owners Mark and Connie Hawkins have been in the industry since 1978, forming Western Rehab in 1988. Their focus has always been on their clients’ need for appropriate equipment to live an active and independent lifestyle. Through continuing education, and many years’ experience, our goal is to provide every customer with the ability to maintain their daily living skills.
Western Rehab is an active member in The Custom Rehab Network, a network of small companies covering California, providing aids for daily living. Like all of the Custom Rehab Network’s personnel, Western Rehab’s specialists and billers attend continuing education courses, in order to bring our clients the best in new technology, the most current practices in insurance reimbursement, and knowledge of the human body in reference to rehabilitation and mobility.
